Welcome to Delamere

Delamere operates a varied and busy residential programme to promote social skills and independence skills. The activities on offer include Computer Club, CDT, Swimming, Sports Clubs and Cookery.

In addition, residential pupils have access to a well-equipped music room and older pupils are taught a range of self-care skills including caring for their own laundry. The young people are enrolled in the JLGB (Jewish Lads and Girls Brigade) and celebrate their achievements at our Annual Mess Dinner when they receive awards and badges for the progress shown during the year.

Certain aspects of the life-skills programme are accredited through the ASDAN programme.

All pupils benefit from the calm and relaxed atmosphere of Delamere and make good use of our magnificent surroundings.
